to what extent it will offset the loss in the coming years? (due to govt empl movement, slow dwon in construction, power holidays to industries etc..) | ||

as per IT industry is concerned this year Hyderabad having highest recruitment going on in entire India but still in diversity of projects and technologies Hyderabad lags far behind Banglore,Chennai,Delhi | ||

let me know if i dont make sense.... including corporations, approx 2 lkh employees live in hyderabad. AP & TG share would be around ~1.15 & ~0.85 lakh respectively Employee allocation in various dept/corporations yet to be done. But seeing lot of touble creation for the AP employees... How it will impact our Hyd? If we are not happy with any specific employee allocation, raise the concern to the tribunals/boards with proofs but dont create problems for all employees.. By doing so AP employees feel confortable and resist AP govt moves in going to vja... process will slow down and may take 7-8 years for complete shift.. But if we create more problems and it becomes easy for AP govt to convince their employees to move fast.. process could complete in 2-3 years... Instead of moving 15000 employees per year they could easily shift 35000 employees to vja... currently they are spending their money in hyd till now Assume avg salary of an employee is 7 lakh.. 15000 empl * 7 lakh = 1050 cr 35000 empl * 7 lakh = 2450 cr instead of loosing 1050 cr spend, we could loose 2450 cr if it becomes easy for AP govt.. Diff of 1400 cr... For every 1 cr spend indirect employment would be created for ~20 people (correct me if i am wrong) it means you would be loosing 28000 indirect employment of the youth if you create more troubles/problems... not sure how much of govt employment you could get but you loose more indirect employment... Absolutely we should complain/register our concerns with proofs but we should make them feel confortable too... loosing indirect employment will have bigger impact and also TG need time (at least 5 years) to recover in creating the jobs.. longer AP govt takes (in moving jobs) better for TG to recover from the loss of indirect employment... i hope political masters understand the economics and protect Hyd fyi: calculated numbers are at high level estimates |
