Those are two best places in USA , due to weather conditions .. where they can be opened 24 X7 and were decently protected from natural calamities .. Also US has population has purchasing power , who can afford the ticket rates .. I don't think Vizag is in the same league and their might better suitable locations in India, assuming there is demand for it. But, I don't know if India has that much volumes - | ||

If Disney wants to build a park in Vizag vallaku one of the most important parameters would be how easily can people reach Vizag... ippudunna connectivity kante inka improve cheyyale kada... dnt compare it with Tirupathi... totally different because Venkanna kosam public are willing to travel... The project is still in the proposal stage and aims to reposition cyclone hit-Vizag as the country’s tourism capital. Highly unlikely that disney will invest in this ..
