Emc2:builer ki workout avuthadi, as they don't invest upfront entire money for construction in my view with current prices rather you buy it and you construct it, that is better option for you
Annai.. i think you didn't get the point, i'm just the investor and I have two options.. Option A - Land is registered in the name of the my name to the extent of investment put in. Further to this based on the development agreement the investor is in possession of built up area which they could choose to retain, market it on their own or request their assistance to market and liquidate the same. Option B - The investor is part of the partnership agreement in the ratio dictated by the investment and on completion of the project shares the profits. In bangalore, generally i will go to the first option or the only option provided to me. I have to discuss more details about these two options. |

if you are buying land now in that area it wont work out much as a land owner, nuvvu pettina price ki you will get may be 10 to 20% returns in 3yrs. builer ki workout avuthadi, as they don't invest upfront entire money for construction in my view with current prices
rather you buy it and you construct it, that is better option for you |
