I followed simple math.. adhi correct oo thappo telvadhi.. ~3500 cal ki one pound tagguthaamu.. manam chese job ki manaku 1700-1900 cal saripothaai with our height.. so nuvvu daily aa mottam thini oka 700 cal burn chestte u loose one pound in 5-7 days.. so now do your math and set the target.. if you want to push more you can burn more calories.. idhi myth kooda ayyi undochhu.. but worked for me. That is good. I do run at 5 mph hill mode (level 5). So, the elevation varies from 2-4.3 and I do it for about 48 mins (4 miles). without elevation 5.5 mph for an hour. on road I hit the same about 5.5 mph The best Odarpu |

As per my diet advisor nenu normal weight ippudu from obesse. so ikkada neeku nuvve life style change cheskovaali and ninnu nuvve motivate cheskovaali.. nenu aithe running everyday (average 5-6 miles).. no serious diet (1800 cal on weekdays).. naa isttam on weekends.. small changes will make lot of difference.. inka upper body strength ayanni once mana mind manam cheppinattu vini oka style ki alavaatu paddaka then we can do it easily with the help of trainer... next yr target idhi naaku kaani karchu thaluchukunte vaxxtta shaking.. crossfit sessions are too long for newbies ani naa yokka idhi ... but if you can motivate yourselves there are other options like insanity, which you can start slow. anji vunkl... routine is very important to handle stress. i realized my work schedule is very stressful few years back and i cant really control the environment as its a very dynamic place. so to handle the uncertainity and to be able to constantly cope with it, I made a routine with 2 hours of lone time(recently missing out in this as personal life has also some changes). this one hour was the anchor point of my daily life. In a seemingly chaotic days, this one hour used to provide me the needed time to tune myself back to calm. slowly i changed what i can do in these two hours. I feel i was able to manage stress better from there on. started using those couple of hours for physical activity as well. at first i thought it was impossible to find two hours of personal time(ofcourse i did not have kid back then), but after a few attempts, i was able to figure it out. I feel everyone should get that lone time. if not two hours, atleast one hour a day. no browsing, no tv, no reading, no phone. just me and anything i can do with my body and mind. chadhastham vunkl laaga kanipisthe.. oggeyandi  |

baanay undhi ...just dump the arm workouts and do some compound stuff like db rows , db press , pull ups, pushups, dips instead ...your amrs will feel as strong as they should overall gaa the program covers many core workouts like squats, bench and shoulder pres,, rows, lat pull down, though i have not seen any dead lifts in it also research push pull programs , starting strength (program name), strong lifts etc |

if you do not have at least a 1-2 years of progressive weightlifting , stay away from crossfit injury prone % is way higher the ppl who you see excelling at crossfit workouts, competitions have a very strong foundation to build on there is also a % of ppl who oppose my view and say crossfit fits newbies...well I am not going to argue, to each his own |

Guys, I need some advice....here is the situation currently I am doing ok. BMI oka 1.5 points ekkuva undi....but want to lose at least 20 pounds. Trying a lot but festivals, family dinners, trips etc valla food unlimited aipothundi + workout ki breaks vastha undi...so not losing weight. naa workout includes only cardio. Summer lo outdoor running (4-5 miles) and winter/fall/spring lo gym lo running. again as I said not very consistent.. ee madya oka indian parichayam ayyadu maa apt lo. athanu crossfit ki velthunnadu. He suggested that and I tried that only once (demo class). Chesina first day bale positive feeling vachhindi. but next 3 days couldn't walk. vollu vaasipoindi. I know that, that is how it would be if we do that sort of intense workout first time but enduko redo saari vella ledu. Akkada pull ups, push ups avaleelaga chestharu...manam moodu chesthe out. But I want to improve my upper body strength and get a lean muscular body without tummy. Crossfit chala intense ga undi....the trainer is a good guy and said he will ramp my workout slowly. I am not competing with youngsters there but still...antha intense workout cheyadam valla emi aina pramadham unda? Food habit chala improve aindi. Soda, Choclates lantivi almost minimum. We eat only brown rice but adi kooda chala takkuva. So regular days diet is not a problem. But problem is festivals and holidays...intlo sweets, snacks chesthe ...mothham nene almost complete chestha. Also work pressure chala ekkuva undi. eppudu choodu work meedane naa alochana.....adi kooda oka reason kaavochhu for not loosing weight.
