btw I reduced this significantly. Tea with sugar once in a week, no sweets, no beverages, no packaged food or cakes etc. This helped me in reducing the weight. |

Idi last year strict ga try chesanu (mostly oily items avoid chesanu) ... taruvata antaga follow avaledu. US ki vachhcaka 50% time brown rice, 25% white rice, 25% chapatti in lunch/dinner. Breakfast ayite Muesli (Granola) and other Indian breakfasts (Idli/Chapati/Dosa/Upma) etc.
Xxx:exercise
One year back 2 miles (35 minutes) walk 4-5 days a week. Mahdyalo dropped. Now (since one month) again walking 2 miles 4-5 days a week.
Xxx:medication
Usha Mullapudi vadu evo ichchadu. But vadu clear ga cheppadu idi temporary ani. Mandulu vesukunnanni rojulu bane untundi .... manesaka back to normal ani. 3 months ki mandulu iste 2 months vesukuni drop ayina. Diet lo mundu oily vi significant ga taggincha but ee madhaya Biryani lu ekkuvayyayi. HDL improve ayyindi flaxseeds/walnuts/almonds daily morning tindadam valana ani anukunta. LDL tagginchadam ela? |
