btw I reduced this significantly. Tea with sugar once in a week, no sweets, no beverages, no packaged food or cakes etc. This helped me in reducing the weight.

Idi last year strict ga try chesanu (mostly oily items avoid chesanu) ... taruvata antaga follow avaledu. US ki vachhcaka 50% time brown rice, 25% white rice, 25% chapatti in lunch/dinner. Breakfast ayite Muesli (Granola) and other Indian breakfasts (Idli/Chapati/Dosa/Upma) etc.

HDL improve ayyindi flaxseeds/walnuts/almonds daily morning tindadam valana ani anukunta. LDL tagginchadam ela?
