removing middle vendor is not that simple. but its not impossible . i did it once and i know a lot of ppl who did it. things to consider:- if you are the only one working at the client thru that middle vendor that it is possible if not forget about it and ask for a hike or switch jobs. if you are the only one, contact the prime vendor , explain the situation and say u either need a 10 dollar hike or work with ur employer directly. most of the times this works and prime vendors will entertain this coz in this deal they will also make money by eleminating middle vendor so their margin increases . if your prime vendor agrees to work with ur employer them tell the prime to contact the middle vendor and tell them that your last day at the client is 2 weeks from that date . and thats it everyting is clean , middle vendor gadu call chestadu marketing chesta ani, send ur resume and do some show off that you despertely need a job oka 3 weeks taruvata dobbai naku vere job ochindi ani cheppu . khel katam duknam bandh. | ||

Ask vendor for rate increase... push as much as u can... ask for 10 bucks.. at least 5-7 isthhademo try cheyyi.. 2. If u have H1 issues... chillax and continue until u solve them... kooskunna chettuni narukkoku 3. Switch jobs for higher billing rates.. Elimination vendor is not easy.... NCA lu etc etc issues aithayi... i am not saying its impossible but its not easy.. | ||

u got enough experience to switch the jobs. just change the job and market yourself and directly negotiate the % with your employer. so u know how much u want to get and get only those jobs, avoids lots of junk marketing from the employer and also the billing transparency issues. na employer paina oka desi vendor vadi paina oka americam primary vendor and na client unaruu. na pirst naukari kabati konchem takuva vastuna join ipoyanuu. ippudu nearly 1 year avutundii. Still pay naku baga takuva vastundi. Na employer ekuva tisukuntunado or middle vendor ekuva tisukuntunado teliyadu.. Madyalo vendor ni tiseste konchem pay pergutundani aasa. but ela proceed avalo teliyatam ledu.. emaina issue avutunda ?? |
