blue babu here is the benefit to govt as well as farmers first positive point is farmers ni partnering cheyadam with govt ,which is very good interms of securing their investment and future of farmers second benefit to govt, since govt has infrastructure and team to build and layout they don't have to spend lot of money upfront, with sky rocketing land prices if the govt buy the land farmenrs may feel govt valla land lakkundi ani feel avutharu, there is no right justification thats is why they are giving both option, they will aquire or give a share in developed land, which is very good option | ||
