My parents house is near Benz circle, in the inner lanes of Patamatalanka. The way the new apartments have come up there in the last 7-8 years and the price they quote for those flats is insane. They are simple apartment complexes with lift, ground floor parking, but, used to quote the amount in 50L+ to 1Cr+ even 4-5 years back. Some of them have flouted the rules, authorities have demolished the top floors and the builders have constructed the top floors again after a few months. The state division seems to have made the rates unsustainable. With the money that we have to shell out for a mere basic 2/3bhk flat around Benz circle, we can buy a top class flat in a well set gated community in Blore/Hyd easily. I don't know how people even buy the flats in that area at these rates, I doubt if any real transaction is happening for these new constructions around Benz circle. | ||
