CBI got statements from one of the big four auditing companies that they were pressurized into inflating the valuation of shares in Jagan's companies by pressure/threats from Jagan's auditor Vijaysai Reddy. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Any company have right to show their future projections. Inquisitive:
Do u think jagan's arrest and bail are purely discreation of courts? Do u think those big auditing firms are vulnerable to threats from vijaysai r even Jagan? Infiltion of shares is common practice in corporate world. Just because it happen to be Jagan, things came under scanner. |

Also, if the evidence produced by CBI in so many chargesheets was really so weak, why did the Supreme Court benches refuse bail twice despite him being held in jail for more than 90 days? Even HC and CBI court refused bail multiple times and only after CBI said that the investigation was complete, they gave bail. |

Technically there will be no case until and unless some inverstor comes up and confess against Jagan. All the land allocations were done according to govt business rules. Any official r beaurocrat Jagan sign cheyyamanandu ani cheppaleru because he didn't asked them in person. Technical ga cBI Ela prove chestundhi any allocation aina shady deal ani? Andukane CBI investors ni pressure chesindhi to admit Jagan bedirinchi invest cheinchadu ani. But, I admit ruling govt talchukunte any thing might happen and I also don't think judiciary is not above who ever is in power. |

there is no need for confession....each and every investor had some kind of benefit from his father's govt......there is enough circumstantial evidence for conviction. |

Also, Jagan involved so many industrialists, bureaucrats, and politicians who became co-accused. Jayalalitha ki compare chesukune sthayi kooda ledu, she was only able to take along a few members of her household (Sasikala and her husband and son). So Jayalalitha Jagan gotiki kooda panikiradu, don't compare annanu.... The only way Jagan can delay as far as I know is if he resigns from his MLA post and obvious the requirement that trial be completed within one year. |

Does anybody know the status of various chargesheets filed against Jagan and co? As per new SC directives, risk against sitting legislators most be completed within one year after the trial begins. Did the trial against Jagan begin at least in one chargesheet or is the court still hearing discharge petitions? Somebody I know used Jayalalitha's case as an example and argued the following: 1. It'll take more than 15 years for the final verdict. My reply: This is in CBI special court and that too after SC order to finish trial in one year. And there are no complications like transferring the case to another state. So it won't take anywhere near that time frame. 2. Even if sentenced he will get bail like Jayalalitha did. My repky: She is a senior citizen suffering from diabetes for a long time. Moreover, woman ani kontha consideration undochu. Jagan doesn't have any of these qualifications. Plus, after Jagan is sentenced, he would still be facing trial in the remaining chargesheets. Quantum of sentence was also small for Jayalalitha. Japan's cases are a lot more serious. For instance, Jayalalitha has disproportionate assets but the prosecution didn't claim that so and so gave so and so amounts as bribes for so and so illegal favours. In Jagan's case, CBI has such details. The amounts involved are also a lot more. |
