it's usually 60% for land owner and 40% for developer.....ok for the sake of govt it can be 50% which should be 30cents after development....Now you are also giving share to third party, let govt give it from its 50% share...there is no need to favour a private thrid party for govt.....all it needs is just secretariat and let market take care of real estate surrounding it |

Farmers will only get 20%. For example if a farmer gives 5 acres to govt.....half of it will be for infrastructure development. So in the remaining 2.5 acres, farmer will get 40% and govt 60%. So finally it works out to 1 acre for the farmer.(40% of 2.5 acres) |
