we can safely conclude that IT industry is surviving on the fact that India is more affordable when you directly measure in $ what do people spend money on? - food - clothing - transport - restaurants - entertainment - rent - vacations etc on the whole all these are cheaper in India compared to US Hence India is more affordable. Now, why are all these cheap? all these business have expenses - especially they spend money on people who they employ | ||

- How can a person doing the same job ready to take less money? onsite counterpart is getting 10k$ but the guy in India is getting 3k$ per month anukundam the indian IT guy is happy with 1.5 lakhs per month in India. He cannot be compared to person getting 3k$ per month in US. He has a better life style. WHY? | ||

Services, consulting gurinchi matladukundam - which is the major part of Indian IT industry The money is coming from fortune 100 companies in US,UK mainly why are they giving business to India? - we are thops in technical and soft skills? - No. Americans are way ahead of us. they are the ones who invented and continue to invent. if they dont care abt money, their first choice will be to hire americans. indian companies are getting contracts mainly because we are cheap labor. for the same work, companies have to pay $100/hr for onsite resource, 30$ for offshore resource. why is that? to be continues | ||
