I wld choose this..if it is owned by wife and husband it is called disregarded entity and you can just file along with your personal tax returns after profit and loss share.. keep it simple

so to avoid liability issues and essentially go for max expense exemptions, which is the best route?

simple partnership lo pass through anta kadhaa. you could be taxed at personal income tax levels .. corp choodham antey endho sodhi undhi. worth it aa ani.

it doesn't matter which one you choose in terms of taxes, liability issues are the one you should think about which one to go for
