This statement might sound confusing, but some of the farmers across Andhra Pradesh are thanking Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) for meteoric rise of land prices. Value of land has been always high in most parts of Andhra Pradesh and the state bifurcation made it much bigger. Our sources have informed that some farmers have sold their land for close to 1 crore and this is a huge amount. Especially the the land rates in between Vijayawada, Mangalagiri, Tenali and Guntur regions have increased a lot since state bifurcation. Some people have started to praise KCR and say that they thank the Telangana CM for suggesting Amaravati as the state capital. KCR never misses a chance to show his hatred towards Andhra people but the Coastal Andhra people love him and say that his roots are from Vizianagaram. |
