this is news to me bhayya... i reported all 3 accidents and insurance company didnt care if i got my car fixed or not... ante naa 3 cases la opposite party mistake and naa insurance never paid any money... any ways.. thanks! | ||

Nenu pedha expert ni kaadu ee area but this is what I was told. When you get you car insured, the insurance company will have a repair shop check you car(if it is old, new ki akkaraledhu). So they are willing to insure you car in that condition. Baa.. to avoid over payments just like ur case few companies have been doing the 'Estimate' themselves... If ur in an accident and regardless of who's fault it is insurance company will send somebody to check ur car and also the other parties car or They will ask u to go to insurance approved authorized auto body. Bhayya getting my car fixed or leaving it as-is is my problem kada.. i reported the accident to my insurance company... my car already has an accident reported on it.. so regardless it lost some values... i dnt consider this as fraud... | ||

The insurance amount is compensation for your damage...it is your money. You can do what ever you want. If your car loan is still pending, then legally your bank also owns your car. So you have to fix the damage to your car. | ||
