forget about workouts and diet...There are many things which could attribute to weight gain...which we do not take seriously like Work stress, sleeping pattern Leave the work in office...spend quality time with family...watch comedy shows...these are some stress busters first get proper and sufficient sleep at least 7-8 hours. Lack of sleep could cause wt again... Make simple changes to your diet especially at night and break-fast. may be your body is getting used to your workouts... Try to change your cardio exercises or mix them up properly....try swimming, jog, elliptical, run, play rocket ball/squash, shuttle, basket ball, volley ball etc... not sure if this helpful to you but definitely worth to try... all the best |

You cannot have the Muscle Gain and the Fat loss at the same time except in cases where the body fat percentage is less than 10-12%, for fat loss you need to have energy deficit and for Muscle building you need excess energy of around 300 kcal, are you sure your intake is 1800-2000 kcal and spending is 600 kcal as this would create a enough deficit |

Same thing with me, working out since last 3 months. Weights ekkuvaga chestuna. Last time Cardio ekkuvaga chesi weight baganey lose ayyanu, but, in a short time I gained it back. So this time, I am sticking to weights. Even though I am not seeing any drastic weight loss, I am happy with how my body is responding. What I heard is Muscle weight = 1.5 (fat weight). So, with the weight exercises, we loose fat and gain muscle and that results in weight gain If you are really concerned only about the numbers on the weighing machine, then stop doing weights. Else, if you are happy with your body composure, continue weights. You may see weight loss eventually. |
