It's not just about CMs. Ministers, Chief Secretary and many others. As far as I know cabinet rank unna andariki minister level untied in order of precedence. | ||

As per order of precedence in India, CM, Ministers etc. have a higher position (protocol list wise) in their home state and lower outside the state. Since AP has a strange situation where the CM, Ministers, Advisors and other nominated post holders with Cabinet rank, Chief Secretary etc. mostly operate from the common capital (Hyderabad), would they have the same precedence as if they were in AP?
