Same problem.. faced by me.. After that i mailed "121@in.airtel.com" atating that iam using the no for 7 years. Than they mailed me to take the following to the relationship centre. Do carry the documents listed below: 1. Photo Identity proof 2. Address proof 3. One passport size photo So i took the same again to relationship centre, they said the same again .. than i showed them the mail. Next all set.. they given me the nano sim | ||

Just got to know last week while i sought nano sim for my prepaid number that my sim as per airtel records is in some other member's name!! pretty frustrating as i have been using this number for 2 years and everybody from friends/family has it..even then i took the sim cos my wife's and my numbers just differ my one digit in phone numbers..breaking this sim/letting this number go is not a preferable option for me..evarina ee issue face chesara? how to resolve? airtel relationship center vademo go to police station and file FIR antunnadu..is there any other option..i mailed nodal officer and appellate authority of karnataka prepaid but they r not very prompt in responding, no update since last week when they said they r working on it and would get back to me.. |
