He will be asked to return all his salary. Without knowing the details of the case, we can't say if there be any criminal action. If the MLA resorted to making fabricated documents he may be jailed but I am guessing that the concerned MRO or whoever is responsible for issuing the caste certificate would be at fault and the MLA may not have fabricated/forged. | ||
