Unfortunately, I am in the United States so I can't attend the property show. I asked about ready to occupy vs under construction because I am aware of quite a few developers including established ones developing huge projects who have not handed over flats even to those who have invested 3 - 7 years back! |

Inquisitive:1. Is this a good time to invest?
http://www.thehindubusinessline.com/news/states/treda-to-hos t-twoday-property-show/article6497463.ece Attend that property show this weekend and get first hand information then get down to analysing whether to invest or not before thinking about under-construction Vs Ready to occupy. We're so quick to point out our own flaws in others. |

Sorry, it got posted before I could complete. I was going to ask a few questions: 1. Is this a good time to invest? 2. Under construction projects vs ready to occupy |
