Most of building have been constructed with the assumption that Vizag will not be in the eye of the storm due to the hills around and it's location...even Naval base was located for similar reasons apart from natural harbor....Now if the new buildings are designed to withhold such events (even though this was 1 incident in the past 110 years in terms of cyclone intensity), companies will not find this any more threatening that the lack of drinking water and electricity in concrete jungles like Hyderabad... | ||
