Pipeline:

assuming you are making regular contributions and $ averaging, it may not be a bad idea to split among S&P500, some quality bond fund and large cap value. You would know your company better, so if it is a great company then move some into company stock when you get a buying opportunity.

I was thinking Large Cap Value, Large Cap growth...international teesestanu. Company is solid annai. I already invest in the company through employee stock purchase discount option.

ultra safe ante inflation protected bonds but you get so little return. assuming you are making regular contributions and $ averaging, it may not be a bad idea to split among S&P500, some quality bond fund and large cap value. You would know your company better, so if it is a great company then move some into company stock when you get a buying opportunity. Unfortunately I don't have that option, otherwise I would have moved all-in.

I have a defined benefit plan at work i.e., company will provide pension after I retire based on the number of years service and my position at that time. naa past pension accounts (from previous employment) lo vunna money 50% Canadian index (TSX), 25% US index, 25% foreign index (sarigga gurthu ledu which fund anedi) ki set chesi vadilesa.
