simple things to try to keep kids away from trouble like this... 1. Live by example. If you are abusing something and preach kids not to do that, it won't work. Kids are very smart and they pickup most of the stuff from parents. 2. Keep kids busy with extra curricular activities...umpteen studies have proven that this keeps kids away from trouble. 3. Know what kids are doing EVERY SINGLE DAY...ask them how the day went, ask what happened at school, ask what is the homework, etc. 4. Let them know that you are always there for them. add anything you can think of. | ||
