Dont buy it on ADB road. CLose to ADB road but between Samalkota and Kakinada. You should be able to get it for 60-1 cr. but look at the potential. You have to think about holding for atleast 5 years and you will see 4-5 times returns. Investing in India is risky and one should invest only when there is a chance for multiple times returns. BTW, I was thinking of buying there for a long time but didnt because I dont have cash. Kakinada is growing slowly so far but I feel there will be tremondous growth in the coming years. | ||

Now that golden chance to invest in Vizag is over, I see a good opportunity to invest between Kakinada and Samalkota and close to ADB road. If one has patience and keep it for long term, can see good returns. |
