Let's say land polling Loki velle land konnamanu kondi, paristhi yenti 50-50 ante 2420 yards former ki 2420 yards government ka per acre? Government take the land and give former somewhere else, they might push give out land to one side, what do we expect the price of the land I am estimating like 30000 per sq yard, this way 1cr investment become 4 cr approximately ? There are lot of ifs, buts Any thoughts? |
