there are CHANCES that her H1 got approved ,but not the I-94 extension. Unless see the document,no one can tell. Evari dagara document vundhi anta....employer or attorney? velli adagachu kada without all this information, father is resigned from the present client? | ||

Generally attorney will apply status change along with h1, ala apply cheste, no need to apply separatley. one question, does A H1 approved? does she got I-94 extension? | ||

I forgot to tell you that she travelled to India last June. H1 was approved for A and her daughter's H4 status change was in progress (A's huband already have H1 since 2013) --------------------------- ee June??? is 2013 or 2014? Kid is on Which H4, Fathers depndent, or Mother dependent if Father dependent H4 visa ,she should have got last year only if mother dependent H4 visa , why mother is travelled after applying for H1 and how she got approved with I-94 ? why only H4 got rejected? bossu.. ee case study lo clarity ledha...? or naaku ardham kavatledhaaa? | ||

Current Issue: For some reason, her daughters H4 is not approved ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------- What is that "Some" reason. attorney can reapply the same H4 petition, it will take time to get it approved. better to know why they rejected h4 ? Ma friend okaame ki ee issue vachchindi. Background: A came to US on L1 in 2013 through company X. Her husband (B) came to US on L2 wit her. They have 4 yrs old daughter. Meanwhile he had expired H1 which he got it transferred to Y and started working on H1. A applied for H1 in 2014 through company Y. She was picked up in lottery and she initiated L1 to H1 process (she can start working from 1st Oct onwards). She found a client in last week of September and she is about to start from 16th Oct. Her husband resigned at client location as A's client was in different state. Both had plans to go to new city and settle in a week and meanwhile husband will find a new job. Current Issue: For some reason, her daughters H4 is not approved and asked to leave country in 15 days. She (daughter) has to get H4 stamping done in India. Now one of them have to leave with her. Her husband can't leave because he doesn't have client letter (as he has to get his H1 stamping also if he goes to India). A's new employer (Y) is saying that she should not travel to India as getting H1 are minimum (as she will not have any payslips). I suggested her to leave with daughter as she has a client who could potentially wait for 2-4 more weeks. She need to request letter from client though. Her employer is not recommending this. Vallippudu dilemma lo unnaru ... what do you suggest? She is thinking to go to India ... if she cant get H1 ... she and daughter can at least come on H4 and later try for H4 to H1 here. Btw, her husband went back to client where he resigned ... they found replacement so they are unable to take him back. Any other recommendations? |
