Mostly cover chestundi. limitations are that you have to use all of your sick time before the disability insurance kicks in. you will only get paid 60% of your gross pay. also make sure your taxes are withheld from that, otherwise you will have to pay taxes at the end of the year. and you will get calls from the insurance company inquiring your condition and you will have to patiently answer them. I am not sure if it changes from company to company or is different from state to state, but this is what we have. | ||
