Strongly objecting to the comments made by KTR, the Seemandhra TDP legislator Dhulipala Narender said that it was most unfortunate that KTR was terming the statues of Telugu personalities as Clay statutes. He reminded that the eminent Telangana poet Dr C Narayana Reddy was the chairman of the committee setup by NTR government to select the Telugu personalities’ statues for installation on the Tank Bund, and the then TDP leader K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) was also a member of the committee. He demanded that ktr should tender an apology to the Telugu community for his irrelevant comments. |
