The only exceptions to the scheme will be nationals from eight countries, including Pakistan and Afghanistan. The government plans to implement the scheme from October. India currently offers visa-on-arrival to tourists from only 11 countries, including Finland, Singapore and Japan. Tourism Minister K Chiranjeevi said the move would encourage visitors to India. "This is a very good step. The visa-on-arrival for 180 countries will definitely boost the foreign tourist arrivals in the country," he said. | ||

awesome experience. electric atmo. MSG needs to get its act together about giving out tix at the bo. per person 5 mins. was crazy. Modi was at his best, a little subdued but his trademark wit and passion were evident. once again, he made us all feel good and hopeful. outside were some protesters, maybe around 50-60 several khalistanis blaming him for 1984. nuts. and inside, he was praising sikhs. Indiatv guys outside were very popular. sardesai was booed at the end as well. I did my thing as well and booed him. the rotating podium was a nice idea. obama unkul copy jesthademo. |
