Ram Charan lives in UK and comes to India on some work. To avoid high expenses, he decides to stay with his Grandfather Prakash Raj and the hero falls in love with Kajal Aggarwal. A major twist is revealed that Prakash Raj has a kidney failure. None of the family members agree to donate their kidney to Prakash Raj and Kajal tells Ram Charan that she will marry him only if he donates his kidney to her grandfather.
