AP has surplus electricity - this is a myth. TG gets 58% of power from AP Centre gave some extra power to AP because CBN threatened to pull back from the PPAs.. The major benefactor from surplus AP power will be TG and not AP.. thats a paradox - like all Iphones are made in CHina and US gets to use them first | ||

Don't know what the parameters are for AP power consumption , they might have selected it might be easy to manage the new state and also as BJP is partner in the power. As the consumption of state increases they have to meet their needs. Fight for your needs , but don't compare with AP as that will end up , fighting between US. There are only two states that were selected as pilot project, one is AP and second is Rajasthan .. Is Ap not supposed to get any thing and if AP gets anything should T also get it ? Why no one is question why Rajasthan got it ? At first , you got more allocated than you are producing , and now you are questioning why AP ? Anyway all I said is AP already has surplus power(due to lack of any consumption by industries) so adding it to the pilot program does not make sense. It will definitely serve as an attraction for new industries which is why center was quick in granting that.
