Kay Kay Menon is a fantastic actor, i became an admirer after seeing Hazaaron Kwaishein Aisi, Life in a Metro, Black Friday, Gulaal etc. Ee madya koncham kanapadataledu. Even in a supporting role like in Sarkar, he can literally chew up everyone. Comedy bagane chesthadu - Honeymoon Travels ani oka stupid movie undhi, he did okay in that. Nawazuddin is the doing the roles he ideally should have or could have done. | ||

My issue is with the hype that gets generated when his movies are released. Even for this movie which has naseer everyone keeps harping about this fellow. To be frank I never heard about this guy till shahid kapoors entry. Probably doing fewer movies add to his aura. Yeah Kay kay menon and Nawazuddin are good actors. Om or naseer thakkuvani kaadhu gaa. infact naseer lo koncham kamedy dose thakkuva, kaani Om is up there. pankaj kapoor lo some X factor undhi. his unassuming nature or maybe his supreme confidence. no matter who's next to him, he always holds his own. Roja lo koncham typecast ayyadu anpisthadhi; a reformed terrorist with a sudden transformation, while still holding the grudge. dont think others could have conveyed that much. maybe naseer. | ||

pankaj kapoor is admired for his range. ek doctor - focused absent minded prof, karamchand - funny detective, maqbool - baap of all dons (his crowning glory I think), blue umbrella - the utterly harmless elderly and childish simpleton, roja, mathru .. list is endless. he always makes a mark. and is almost never overshadowed by anyone. even in his small roles such as jaane bhi do yaaron, you will not miss him. brilliant actor. comedy to rowdram, there's nothing he has not done. | ||

 Pankaj kapoor antha highly rated why? Matru ka bijili lo kuda hype sesaar musalodini but I didn't find anything great about his acting. Same ikkada kuda. Naseruddin shah was good but dimple kapadia was the star she was brilliant. Deepika and arjun just made up the numbers and were mainly used to prop up the screen. Movie was overall quirky and tried hard to be that so got a lil bit laboured towards the end. We're so quick to point out our own flaws in others. |
