12L per anum ante , 1L per month. You will get 53K after all your retirment savings , Income Tax and LIC savings.. Infy , TCS lo freshers ki 16-18K untundhi upto first 6 months. Then it will be around 20-25K per month. | ||

lets take 12L as a ctc 1L per month PF deduction [u r's and compnay) + Super annuation + Gratituty = 12-15K based on your basic variable Pay : around 15-30% based on your role , lets take 15K as a varibale pay. Income tax : for 12L CTC you will end up paying around 1.2 - 1.4L per anum [12-14K per month] LIC Savings : 50K per anum , which is around 5K per month. Now monthly sal after all deduction : 1L - 15K - 15k - 12k -5k=53K hope it is clear now.. Now u can project to higher package with 5-10% diff. | ||

lets say, CTC - 10L anukundam andulo variable pay entha anedhi company - company depend ayyi vuntadi...!! variable pay monthly itche companies vuntayi.quarterly itchevi vuntayi. yearly itchevi vuntayi.(variable pay lo 100%, 200% or 20% range lo itche companies kooda vuntayi based on company performance/individual performance rating) ee case lo 1L anukundam!! so pothe 9L 9L lo 12% basic * 2 (nee quota & company quota) gratuty : 6% , misc. 2% anukoo!! pothe 70% on 9L = 6.3L -25% (tax) = 5.1L take home!! + 30% in savings (like pf/gratuity/etc) | ||
