ICC does not sit and watch every ball that a bowler in the world bowls in every match. They have other important roles to play like setup rules and resolve conflicts. Ajmal was under scanner before and he was a let go. But when he was playing county cricket, it was English players who brought this up to ICC. If some one complains, ICC will investigate. That is what happened. ICC now taking action since Ajmal chucking was brought to their attention by other players and empires. He was tested and found guilty and banned. Malinga does not bend his arm. So we can not compare his action with Ajmal. Ajmal bends his arm too much when he bowls doosra's and it is chucking. The arm can no bend beyond 15 degrees. see this PAK TV video. The anchor tries hard to blame India for Ajmal's ban because BCCI is so powerful and dominates ICC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBLtoKQC1Wc Shoib akthar says, when he had this issue, it was BCCI who helped so stop blaming BCCI and actually seek BCCI help. Only BCCI can help in this case. Otherwise Ajmal does not have a case unless he proves his hand was naturally ( by birth) made with that deficiency. first of all chucking means not bend at the shoulder, its about bend of elbow. you can bend u hand to any level at the shoulders unless its under arm. Malinga action is perfectly fine as far a elbow bend is concerned. | ||

for chucking no matter what they say....for most of the bowlers its not their action but their intention to cheat..... so eppudu chuck chesthey appudu ban...... there is no gurantee that their action is corrected and their hand is programmed to bowl only at that angle.... ajmal throws......so has to go out....Malinga throws and we have found an other term to it....Its sling....so handcapped quota lo he becomes legend.... no wonder all cheating bowlers come from Pak and SL......because they have examples of previous guys got away.....even Murali......was under the scanner and bajji..... chucking is cheating....not a arm problem in 90% of the cases.....If they want to relax.....then they should be play handicapped version of the game....swarry but rules are rules.....
