risk on a 50 call is very less annai....it protects from flat trading and also if the stock doesnt rally until November...OTM's decay very faster....I got interested in this mainly due to the HUGE OI in this...may be Im being too defensive here | ||

Let's say your target price is $70 for year end. Jan 15 $70 call vachi trading around $1.6 If you are really bullish and if the stock really gets there by that time, your option would be worth around $6 and that's almost a 4 bagger. Where are if you buy $50 option at $14, $6 gain on $14 is not that much..still good but relatively less attractive. | ||
