In fact, right from day 1- CBN should have underplayed the role and importance of the capital - Singapore ni chestha, New York ni chestha enduku manaki...he should have stated right upfront that where the capital is going to be located is an irrelevant decision, does not matter one twit if he really intends to decentralise development. But he just stuck to his pre-election rhetoric and overhyped the capital issue by all these meetings, rumours, discussions, muhurthams etc. In fact, the way land prices have moved in BZA making is costlier than Hyderabad and almost on par with Bangalore, any corporate will be silly to located their office there. ok the capital is decided.....but what is the fun of announcing all these menu card dishes for each district..... I can understand Capital people aspirations would be high....but you cannot promise to bring heaven in each and every corner..... indulo konchem timelines indicates cheyyalsindhi.......this menu card only appeals to real estate brokers who show this and sell the land....and there is a danger that the state can end up being the costliest real estate with people stuggling in reality...... I understand why a CM wants to comfort other districts and but this is no pitting for a business deal....this is people looking forward for their generations....... hope common sense prevails and AP people will soon realise that all this is just a plan and it takes decades to reach there and the visionary has only little amount of time.....
