1) The capital should near to already devoloped citi Options : Vizag, Vijayawad, Tirupati Since Vizag & Tirupati are at the end of the state, we can't do the same mistake again 2) We should have plenty of Govt lands for Capital Martur-Vinukonda (Donakonda was not mentioned in the report) Amaravati Reg Nujiveedu Reg Mangalagiri Reg (less lands) Mangalagiri lo prajalu swachndam ga lands isthe ok annaru kabatti, it will not happen.. so Mangalagiri Out of option 3) Fertile Lands All the three places will have cotton& mirchi type of crops, so no problem for Food scrcity 4) Caste Vinukonda -Martur Kamma & Reddy Bastion Amaravathi Kamma Kapu & little Reddy Nujeeveedu Kamma Kapu & little Reddy Since Martur-Vinukonda...are far from VIJ, so I don't think they will go with that...
