Bhayya..This is purely based on the technology, industry, fulltime vs contracting etc multiple factors untayi.. I know Java developers working in NY financial circuit who make 100 bucks an hour.. at the same time SAP guys who make 50 bucks an hour in silicon valley.. financial companies used to pay better.. ippudu idea ledu
India nunchi US ki ante.. if its TCS, they dnt do H1... I have friends in wipro, infy etc.. depending on ur experience and location 70k - 100k max.. ade body shopping ante depends on ur negotiation.. Taxes vary by ur place of work.. tax brackets etc meeda kuda untadi.. inka H1 like Mav bhayya said is not easy... I was in Santa Clara of 2 yrs.. very expensive.. I apt I was living in is 1700 now one bedroom..my friend is still living there.. | ||

1) US IT lo which sectors pay more..i.e finance etc...? 2) what is average pay per annum by indian companies who get employees on H1b to USA? and how is taxing..can some one give take home? 3) H1 dependents(on H4) can not wrk i think...what are options for them..i.e can they get H1..and how easy this is? |
