3k loss per year cover chesukovachu .. till the loss is covered or u make gains. lets say u lost 10 k this year .. u will be allowed to show 3k loss this year ..next year u gain 7k ..then there is no tax on ur 7k .. if u don't make any profit then u can show 3k loss that year also ... any next year 3k and next year 1k ... pk kummesthunadu abba...
