To be frank the guide guy and driver were good and gave us ample time to look around. of course covering certain places like Vatican Museum, Versailles Gardens and Palace in stipulated time is impossible. Need to stay for 2/3 days at least. So it's always some compromise with some places/spots. But whatever was promised in the program everything was covered. Lucky that there were no traffic or rain issues. If one day is lost then it's gone.. Move on to next day.. So luckily we stuck (thanks to rain gods and others) to the schedule pretty much including add-ons "parOpadESa vELaayam sarvE vyaasa paraaSara" | ||

AC is NOT mandatory in across Europe. In some places they were asking what is AC? I think in Netherlands. they gave us small table fans for the night. Few switched on the stuff as soon as they entered, later realized they are heaters. In Europe the weather gets cold in the night and don't need any AC. Only heaters. Only in some big hotels they have AC. One of the hotels we stayed is Sheraton and they have. Even otherwise we did not feel the need for AC. best time for visitors would be end of July to August as many locals will be on vacation and traffic is less. Only lunch is not given by SOTC. dinner and breakfast (by hotel where we stay) are included with both. Problem in finding food is, you won't get time to do so. When we did Colosseum he gave away packed lunch boxes to eat and after that took us to next one. If you were to find out for authentic local food, you have to miss the next item on the tour. Countries places visited in order (in brief) 1) London - monument, london bridge, opening of gates when ship goes (for kids), Trafalgar sqaure, palace and palace tours, london eye, 4d experience. Much more left probably next trip. Last day visit to South Hall and dinner in Saravanaa bhavan and simply cool. 2) Netherlands via France (Dover and Cali border). Ship lo prayanam. ship lo konni decks are only for parking buses, cars etc., Then to Netherlands via Belgium. Netherlands lo Madurodam Miniatures.. Night life in Netherlands.. aka visiting RL area. world No 1 RL area.. anni licensed and open under police surveillance. 3) Netherlands to Germany - akkada St. Mary's Church. Reine river Cruise. On the way back, cable car drive via Wine yards.. 4) Germany to Austria - Sovarski crystal world visit. 5) Austria to Italia aka Italy. -- Leaning tower of Pisa, Florence. Rome one day Vatican City, Colosseum. Another day Milan visit. Badshah (sairo song) teesina church and Mall visit. 6) Italy to Swiss drive. LuZern in Swiss one day. Mount titlis ride in cable car. Jenfrachu (ee peru type cheyyadam raaledu) ride which is "Europe's highest mountain 12000 ft high).. cool ride in trains in tunnels. 7) Swiss to Paris. -- Eiffel tower, Downtown Paris full drive for quite some time with time for pictures like Concorde, Boat ride in night, Lido Show. 8) Paris to London via Eurostar and great dinner in southhall. it's the opinion of few people (majority). I did not expect much as you said But highlight of the tour is Food, food, food. prati country lo Indian restaurant ki teesikellevadu both lunch and Dinner. For three days valla Catering van (caravan) vaallu memu velle time ki munde velli, vanta chesi unchevallu. Simply nice. In Europe even for NV people getting right food is tough (thats what I heard). It came about 13000 USD for family of four (one child under 12) including tickets from NYC to London. Taj tours website lo 14 days package lo unnavi anni cover chesadu. Few things like a Cable car drive in Germany, versailles gardens tour, Netherlands downtown tour extras. Plus Driver tips, cook tips, guide tips extra. Places seen London - Taj tours london trip is waste. Only half day. Bus lo idi bucking ham palace daggara koncham sepu api photos ki time istadu. tarvata bus lo london tippi, London Eye (pedda rangula ratnam) ekkistadu. South hall ki teesikelli oka mudanashtapu panjabi hotel lo food petti London Done annaDu. We went one day before to London. After checkin did Monumenr, London Bridge, Trafalgar Sqaure etc., ourselves in Tube (the train). Very good. Next day morning did Buckingham palace (the state rooms tour, Mews, Queen's jewellary) our own. Then joined the tour guy (bus) in the afternoon and rest of the tour with him. This is been in mind since very long but seriously got materialized in this March/April. About 6 families after days/week's discussions decided to make it in August. The decision to go with Taj Tours was made in in last Second. We pretty much zeroed with SOTC (12 days) compared to Taj (14 days). But in the last minute we switched since SOTC is NOT doing 1) 3rd floor of Eifel Tower 2) Mount Titlis in Swiss 3) Not giving lunch 4) Mandatory tips to Driver and guide which if we have to add are exceeding Taj's cost. So we went with Taj who is doing all these. Apart from that we got additional stuff like 1) One night stay in London (we flew one day earlier to have our own London trip along with Taj) 2) Vatican City Museum tour 3) Eurostar train ticket from Paris to London (instead of Taj Bus ride). IMP Note: With any other travels you will have the last minute luring of add-ons (came to this all the way with so much money lets do it) stuff and it costed u about 400 Euros plus. But worth.. No regrets. So we had to search for Euros in Europe to pay in cash. Visas: For US Citizens no need of any Visas. For GC holders two visas needed 1) UK Visa 2) Shangan visa for rest of Europe. Travels guy arranged the needed paper work like Hotel booking info etc., For non US citizens taking Insurance is Mandatory. Tip: Many of us did NOT take any trip cancellation Insurance and one family has to drop out in last minute is paying for that unfortunately...
