If you have the screenshot (since she has probably deleted original content by now), then this is what you can do/ don't:- 1) DO NOT share it (by doing so, you'll be committing the same offence as her) 2) DO NOT abuse/ threaten/ intimidate her. Not only it's illegal - it also gives her the opportunity to play victim (e.g. :- "..Abusive Hindus are threatening to kill me, this is fascist regime of Modi..blah blah ..") 3) In case you're offended and are wondering what legal action to pursue, you may look into filing a FIR under: (i) SECTION 66A of the Information Technology Act (sending offensive messages through communication service, etc.) and (ii) SECTION 295A of the Indian Penal Code (Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) | ||
