Bhayya.. company kotthadi aithe enduku H1 or GC vaadu ani cheptaaru ante the company may not have enough revenue to prove its ability to pay the employees... assalu daniki office unda? minimum oka 1 million revenue anna unda? and tax filing lo profit etc entha undi etc matters... these are the first and the most important reasons for going with an established company (even though it is a small company)... again there is no proven theory in this.. especially revenue baaga unte even though small company u should be fine.. Second enduku vaddu antaaru ante can he do proper marketing, networking unda company ki, can he get calls ani oka question untadi.. Now coming to GC.. the reason why he is saying to wait 1 year is probably because ippude start ayyindi kada.. he wants to show some revenue emo.. i-140 stage la company's ability to pay matters a lot.. | ||

neeku entha time vundi H1-B meeda? unless, you have any relations/obligations towards your employer, keep searching for well paying full-times, prime-vendors, other employers etc etc... Decide based on criteria, not the processing time for GC from start to finish. Play Safe!!! | ||
