This kochen is specific to Consultants/Contractors, and in-general to others too, I mean, if you know, you could answer. How do these Amru candidates get into this Hiring/Recruiting field? Ante, ee KForce, TekSystems, Mitchell Martin etc etc.. what kind of qualifications do they look for in candidates for bringing them into their company for doing the Hiring process for their Prime Vendors? Asalu ye ranges lo differ avuthaayi vaalla work? Some big shots actually come to meet with the candidates in-person near the client's location before an interview. Some others speak very well on the phone. Some are just emails. Regularly personal mail ki emails vasthu vuntaayi.. vaalla perlu LinkedIn lo search chesthey.. among amrus, Masters Degree in Middle Eastern Languages, BA in Psychology, High School Diploma... ilaa vuntannayi!!!
