I see lot of scope for CHITTOOR,ANANTHAPUR due to their land availability and proximity to CHENNAI, BANGALORE! Also, TDP GOVT may push hard for the development of Industry in ATP, CTR instead of KNL, CDP anukuntunna! CHITTOOR has uniqueness in one way compared to all other dists of the state!! That is most parts of the district are CLOSE to BOTH Chennai and Bangalore! For example CTR town to CHENNAI is 2.5 hours, B'LORE is 2.5 hours and say MPL...B'LORE is 2 hours, CHENNAI is 4 hours! PAWAN is like NBK for me from now on! | ||

As I said before in this DB: scope for public sector or private sector industries establishment is only in Rayala Seema now... to support this, 1) land availability and cost of acquiring land is dirt cheap in Seema.. 2) Close to Chennai/Bangalore/Hyd cities |
