all existing ppa before 2009 will stand......
remaining
pulichintala,damodaram sanjeevayya krishnapatnam,polavaram,nagarjunsagar tailpond etc are returned to genco....and stand not valid.....

ante 2009 lo existing projects sambandinchina ppas will stand.....after 2009-10 opean ayina projects yokka pps anni raddu ayyayi.....like krishnapatnam damadar sanjeevayya power plant,hinduja etc.....
