What makes a great civilization. The people the culture and the leaders. If people are crooks or the leaders are crooks or the culture is divisive then that civilization will spiral down to anarchy. Iraq is a prime example. Telangana also will follow the same route if they continue their filthy practices. KCR should get his head out of his ass and get some sense of civilization.
