Go to county office, there is procedure, for emergency. they will apply for these guys in emergency. But I think they need to show some urgency letter. They will get the passport (mostly) by Tuesday/Wednesday provided they apply today (friday). But kid is travelling to India means, baby should get Indian Visa or PIO card, I am not sure how much time it takes. | ||

It is easy task. I got passport in two days. He has to fill application and go to PostOffice. After he applies call the 1-800 number on the form. They will rush you in less than 24 hrs, once they receive the passport application. Then the main hurdle lies, that is India Visa. A**Holes will have no clue what to do and how to process the application. I spent less time on US visa than on Indian Visa. | ||
