Elagu Oct lo expire avutundi kada ani H1 transfer (X -> A) initiate chesaru. Adippudu 3 years ki approve ayindi. Ma vadi knowledge prakaram tanu India A company lo resign chesi relieving letter teesukuni US A lo join avail. India A company nemo ala undadu ... memu US A company ki transfer chestam ani antunnaru.
