Offer letter, w2, pay stubs more than enough. Also Attorney tho detailed description raayinchu olay is earning so and so and his skill set is so and so etc. More than enough. an employer does not have any legal obligation to provide the former employee with the work experience letter if it chooses not to do so or if that is the company's policy. The letter confirming employment or work experience is necessary in all PERM and ensuing I-140 petitions where the alien/beneficiary needs to show adequate work experience in increasingly more responsible positions as proof that alien does meet the " minimum" requirements of the job offer in question. The best you can do is get your lawyer to draft a detailed explanation of what you did for that employer. Do you have the offer letter? I had the same problem and I just put in my offer letter and one more employment verification letter they gave me for my Visa stamping that has all the technologies I worked with as proof of experience. | ||

MS ayyaka almost 4.5 yrs chesa oka desi emplyer ki...first h1 ayipothundi anaga i moved out to a different company..move out was messy...without even 15 days bench lekunda pani cheshina kuda desi emplyer is still not happy Ippudu exp. letter aduguthunte response ivvatledu...I need it for my EB2 GC filing...chinna company adhi...i knew a friend there how worked for some time may be for a 10months....so co--workers affidats not possible emo ? So, how can I file under EB2 now without experience letters ?Please tell me what my options are: 1) get exp. letters from client side managers and co-workers...Will this help ? 2) file in EB3 for now and port it to EB2 after I get 2 more yrs experience with new employer suggestions ivvandi bedars...thanks |
