you are correct. Aa reas lo konchem telisina RE agent ni pattukoni konali.. lekunte gulla avutundi..

Nenu BN reddy nagar lo thiriga.. 7km from TCS building.. oo area antha double registrations.. na RE agent ki ee plot edi fake .. edi manchidi cheppagaladu..

Next Turkamjal deggara brhmana palli ani oo village undi.. dani deggara reputed ventures unnai.. 5000Rs sqrd ki.. they are formed almost 10 years ago.. ippudu evadanna ammuthe thisukomanu.. 5km lopala untai tcs.

Champapet , nadargul deggara konumanu.. other side of TATA aironotical. 2 line new road eshadu nadargul ,champapet nunchi.. so land rates 15k ki poyayi last year .. 6k unde..this would be safe investment.

adibatla is fine kaani akkada antha panchayithi permissions.. antha genuine undavu

i do not suggest. best area to invest is on Sagar road.. too much development.. near to TCS

only thing I hear is Sagar road and Ibrahimpatnam..Turka yamjal etc area is duplicate registration issues..

Adibatla deggara.. basic issue inka panchayathi permission tho builders kadutunnaru.. so.. no loans.

Adibatla deggara kakunda.. either on the sagar road or on nadargul,champapet side tisukunte hardly 5 to 10 km radious lo manchi site nokkochu..

Edo American township ani chusha.. 40laks lopala katti istunnadu duplex.
