dont want to go through loans and all those side tracks.. at the same time, father need to look after the flat and with it being old, he may find it tough to manage. Seems some one asked it for 22L last year but at that time did not thought of selling; now with all the capital hype, just hoping to get few extra bucks. | ||

Chitti! how are you dude!!! Tired of inflated rents in bay area.. want to sell one toward down payment to buy something here. Would like to sell either guntur flat or hyd plot. No attachment whatsoever to either one - just want to make sure I dont sell something that is going to turn gold as I have very few investments back home. guntur flat is I think around 20 year old - fetches around 6k per month. yes, I am hoping to bring around 40-50k usd. | ||

You can construct a 3 floor building and rent it out..You will get decent rents even though real estate market is bad in hyderabad. | ||

Need to sell one of these but could not decide which is better to sell and which is safe to keep. One is in Guntur: older apartment; but location is great. Guntur locals might know about this: Laksmi Apartments near Navata. 2bd/2bath. One in Hyderabad: In KPHB near Usha Mullapudi hospital. This is a small plot (If I remember, around 250 sqft). Both are small - not in the same lines of DB millionaires! but these are all what I have. I need to sell one. Getting different suggestions: Some are saying not to sell Guntur apartment as prices will go up. But it is older and will require some maintenance. They say in Hyderabad, we can always buy one in the future if we want! Some are saying not to sell Hyderabad one: as ITIR is coming up and city is going to expand, prices will definitely go up. Either one will fetch around 25-30L. Would like to hear what you suggest. Thanks! |
